Extrusion & Film Science

HD Rotogravure Printing

Your brand's artwork is precisely engraved onto cylinders and printed using our 10-color Electronic Line Shaft (ELS) presses. This ensures photorealistic graphics, sharp text, and perfect color registration across millions of pouches.

Solventless Lamination

The printed film is bonded with barrier layers (like Foil or Metallized BOPP) and the inner sealant web. We utilize 100% solvent-free adhesives, guaranteeing zero VOC retention and absolute food safety.

Slitting & Pouching
